Classes
ArcheAge Chronicles Berserker — the class we know least about
The Berserker is one of the four named classes, and the least documented. Everything official about it fits in one infographic from July 2026.
ArcheAge Chronicles Mage — what has actually been shown
The Mage was the most played class in the June 2026 focus group test. Here is what the developers have shown of it, and what is still unknown.
ArcheAge Chronicles Ranger — hatchet or longbow, and all ten skills
Lightning at close range, or a marked target at a distance. The official Ranger profile names five skills per weapon — here they are, with their effects.
ArcheAge Chronicles Warrior — both paths, and all ten skills
Longsword for timing and control, greatsword for resolve and force. The official class profile names five skills per path — here they are, with their effects.
Factions
Bluesalt Brotherhood — the trade power of Auroria
Salt, saplings and the economy of a continent. What the official lore posts of February and March 2025 say about the Bluesalt Brotherhood and its leader.
Cult of Eternity — the serpent god and the return of Akasch
A promised society without injustice, and behind it a plan to bring back Akasch. Three official posts, from April 2025, quoted and dated.
Dark Blades — the deserters who took the underworld
Pillage, alliances, and a uniform only unit commanders may wear. What the official posts of March 2025 establish about the Dark Blades.
Dobavion Dreadbreath Tribe — the claimants of Serpens’ Domain
A tribe named across three official posts: allied to Celtak, holding a ruined city, and despised by the High Priest who shares their god.
Nakisians — summoned across dimensions, and waking again
Called by Queen Akasch into a world without Rancor, the Nakisians fell asleep. The official posts say Rancor is stirring again.
Shadowhawk Syndicate — Auroria’s enigmatic company
Exploration, hunting and trade, with hidden motives and a name inherited from the back alleys of Delphinad. The two official posts, quoted and dated.
Bosses
Wraith Commander — the first boss ArcheAge Chronicles showed
An icy aura, a long sword and an army of wraith soldiers. Three official posts document the Wraith Commander, its soldiers and their origin.
Locations
Auroria — the continent of ArcheAge Chronicles
The whole game takes place on Auroria, fifty years after the first ArcheAge, during what the studio calls the Age of Pioneers. What is confirmed about it.
Seaglass Harbor — the capital of the pioneers
The united harbor that serves as the foothold for the exploration of Auroria, home to the Settlers’ Council and to the Bluesalt Brotherhood.
Characters
Kyrios, the God of Destruction — who he was before
Kyrios was Jin Evernight, a Shadowhawk Twin Sword who fought beside Tahyang. Every Warrior in ArcheAge Chronicles is said to inherit his shadow.
Livek — a title, not a person
Livek leads the Bluesalt Brotherhood. It is also the name every new leader takes, in honour of the first — a detail the studio confirmed on request.
Tahyang Kahlzit — the Firran hero the Ranger inherits from
He gained divine power and refused it, then rode against his closest friend. Every Ranger in ArcheAge Chronicles is said to carry his legacy.
Systems
ArcheAge Chronicles combat — action, combos and no default targeting
Combat was rebuilt from scratch around combos, dodges and weapon-specific skills. What the studio has said about it since 2024, quoted and dated.
Crafting and lifeskills — tied to progression and the economy
Crafting returns as a route through character growth rather than a side activity, fed by trade and sitting alongside hunting, gathering and farming.
Exploration and story — no quest markers, by design
No glowing arrows, forgotten temples, and a story set fifty years after the first ArcheAge. What the studio has said about how you find things.
ArcheAge Chronicles guilds — social, not political
Guilds are in, but without territory, politics or power struggles. What the development team said about them in its August 2025 written answers.
ArcheAge Chronicles housing — shared neighbourhoods, not land grabs
Housing returns with shared zones, interactive decor and housemates — and deliberately without the land rush of the original ArcheAge.
ArcheAge Chronicles PvP — what was cut, and what is left
Official September clips now describe Ranger–Warrior combat and party PvP. How that fits the removal of mass PvP, and which launch rules remain unknown.
ArcheAge Chronicles raids and dungeons — 20 players outside, 2 to 5 inside
Twenty-player raids and open-world bosses in the shared world; instanced dungeons built for teams of two to five. Both statements are official.
ArcheAge Chronicles trade runs — wagons, regions and risk
Trade runs return with wagons and carts and regional goods, rescaled for solo and small groups instead of raid convoys and PvP blockades.

Which ArcheAge Chronicles class to choose — on what is known
Four classes are named, two have published paths, and one ranking exists. What that is enough to decide, and what it is not, as of August 2026.
